By providing your mobile phone number to Texas House and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Texas House regarding events, community updates, important announcements, and other relevant communications. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message Frequency
You may receive up to 4 text messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on program activity or user engagement.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to (206) 761-7316. Upon doing so, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from us unless you opt in again.

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for these charges. Texas House does not impose any additional fees for receiving messages.

Messages may be supported by carriers including, but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, Metro by T-Mobile®, Cricket, C Spire, Cellcom, and Virgin Mobile.
T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data collected through this messaging program may include your mobile number, carrier name, date/time/content of messages, and any information you provide in responses. This data may be used to deliver messaging services, ensure proper function of the program, and enhance user experience.
